Abstract

Abstract:Under the development trend of economic globalization, market competition is not only reflected in the single competition between enterprises, but also exists in the overall competition between supply chains, which forces suppliers, manufacturers and other subjects to integrate into a unified functional network chain, according to the maximum display of the overall role of the supply chain, to create favorable conditions for the steady development of social economy in the new era. After understanding the definition and characteristics of the supply chain industry, this paper mainly discusses the opportunities, challenges and countermeasures faced by the supply chain management of Chinese enterprises from a global perspective, so as to determine the development trend of the future supply chain.
