A Study on the Characterization and Value Orientation of the Artistic Analysis of Dong Folk Songs in Hunan under the Perspective of Music Aesthetics

Abstract

Abstract: As a treasure in the treasure house of national music culture, the Dong folk songs in Hunan province show the value orientation and aesthetic pursuit of the Dong people with their unique artistic charm, rich emotional expression and profound cultural heritage, for this reason, we have carried out a research on the characterization of the artistic features and value orientation of the Dong folk songs in Hunan province under the perspective of music aesthetics. We analyze the artistic characteristics of the Dong folk songs from three musical aesthetic perspectives, namely, artistic style, expression form and theme content, and analyze the values of harmony, unity, wisdom, inheritance, morality and ethics in the Dong folk songs by combining them with the three specific songs, namely, the "Song of the Ye", the "Long Song of Narrative" and the "Song of Exhorting Goodness".
