Abstract

The wide coverage of technology based physical education teaching has led to high complexity and challenges in implementing relevant policies, so we propose to research for students' physical fitness monitoring. According to the current measurement, the importance of scientific and technological sports teaching reform is first briefly described. We explore the dilemma from three aspects, namely, the difference in students' acceptance, insufficient teachers' strength, and incomplete teaching system and curricula. In view of the above problems, corresponding reform strategies are formulated according to the actual needs. In order to implement personalized teaching and strengthen the acceptance of students as a guide, build a complex teacher training system, and on this basis, improve the multi-level teaching system and curriculum, then, open the "teaching + activities" type of practical teaching reform mechanism, through the integration of intelligent sports teaching platform to further consolidate the university technology sports students. Through the integration of intelligent sports teaching platform, we can further consolidate the application effect of the teaching reform strategy of physical fitness monitoring data in colleges and universities, and realize the multi-directional innovative development.
