Pedagogical Reforms in History and Culture Education Based on Digital Media Technologies

Abstract

 History and culture education is an important educational program to inherit historical and cultural knowledge and cultivate students' sense of national responsibility. Under the background of information technology development, the teaching mode of history and culture has been impacted, therefore, it is necessary to carry out the teaching reform of history and culture education based on digital media technology. That is to say, combined with the limitations and challenges of traditional history and culture education, the importance of teaching reform is clarified, the opportunities brought by digital media technology for history and culture education are analyzed, and the teaching reform strategy of history and culture education based on digital media technology is elaborated in five aspects, namely, digital teaching resource base, teaching methods and methods, teachers' digital literacy, evaluation and feedback mechanism, and online and offline teaching resource integration. It contributes to the development trend of the digital era and improves the teaching quality of history and culture education.
